These Child Safety Standards explain how anyone? prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). anyone? is a social nightlife app for adults. It is not directed to children.
1. Age requirement
anyone? is only for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their location if that is higher. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or collect personal information from children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove the account and related content as soon as reasonably possible.
2. Zero tolerance
anyone? does not allow child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, CSAM, or any sexualized content involving minors. This includes photos, videos, voice notes, messages, profile information, venue reports, and any other user content. We also do not allow users to request, share, or link to such material.
Violations can result in immediate content removal, account termination, preservation of records, and reports to competent authorities.
3. In-app reporting
Users can report child-safety concerns inside anyone?:
- Open another user's profile and use Report.
- Report a message from chat actions where available.
- Block the user to stop further contact.
- Email hello@anyoneq.com with the subject "Child safety report" if you cannot use in-app tools.
Please include usernames, timestamps, message or content context, and any screenshots that help us investigate. Do not forward CSAM files by email if doing so would further distribute illegal material; describe the content and where it appears in the app instead.
4. Review and enforcement
We review child-safety reports as a priority. When a report appears credible, we may:
- remove the content;
- suspend or permanently ban the account;
- block associated devices or related accounts where reasonably possible;
- preserve records needed for investigation or legal process;
- notify law enforcement or child-protection authorities.
We aim to begin review of child-safety reports within 24 hours and take action as quickly as the investigation allows.
5. Reports to authorities
anyone? reports apparent CSAM and related child-exploitation activity to competent regional and national authorities as required by applicable law. Depending on the facts and location, this may include Hungarian law enforcement and, where required or appropriate, international reporting channels such as the NCMEC CyberTipline.
We cooperate with valid legal requests from authorities investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation.
